1) Sign in to your admin account on Okta to get started with the Application authentication and provisioning process.
2) Find Applications within the homepage.

3) Click on the Add Application option as here below.

4) Within the search bar, type in Flock to discover options.

5) Click on the Add option on the right hand side of the designated app.

7) You will then be redirected to the General Settings page wherein you would need to set in your subdomain i.e. your team URL(can be found in your admin panel page).
8) Select the other parameters as per your requirement and hit Done.

9) For Auth and Provisioning, click on the Flock app as shown here.

10) Under Sign on, you will find the instructions in order to set up SAML 2.0 within your Flock admin panel page. Click here to redirect to the instructions page.

11) You will now have authenticated SAML 2.0 for Flock via Okta.
12) To add Provisioning on Okta, you would need to access your admin panel page as shown here. You will need to copy the token.

13) Within the Configuration page, You will find the Provisioning tab wherein you will be able to Enable API Integration.
14) Enter the API token copied from the Admin panel page and paste it within the specified tab.

15) Click on Save and you are done with provisioning your account! You will receive a message stating the successful verification of the Flock app as seen below.

16) In order to have your team members use the Okta SSO, move to the Assignments tab and click on the Assign option. Select Assign to People.

17) As seen below, you will find your team members in a similar listed format and you may assign the individual with the Flock Application.

18) Confirm the User name i.e. the email ID of the user and click on Save and Go Back.

19) You will then see the user has been assigned.

20) All of the users once assigned will be shown in a listed format as seen below.

Done! You have successfully authenticated and provisioned your Okta account with Flock.
