Your profile on Flock is your visiting card, it’s your quick intro to everyone in the organization.

Update your profile

tabs

Desktop

Click above your Active Chats to bring up the Settings menu
Click on preferences, and update your details from the profile tab
Now hit the edit icon to change your personal details
Change your profile image
Select the image of your choice and click on open to upload it

Tap your name on the top and click the edit icon.

Update your profile and hit Save.

iOS

Click on the profile icon at the top left-corner of the homescreen.

Click on your name.

Edit your profile and hit save.
Under More Info, you can edit your custom field as shown below.

Make the necessary edits and click Save Changes.

View a teammate's profile

Search for a contact and click/tap to open a direct message.
Click/tap the name of the contact at the top of the Chat area.
You can now view their name, avatar, email, and phone number.

You can use keyboard shortcuts to search for a team member.

Your profile information is visible to all members of your Flock team so they can find you faster.
Your profile information is not accessible to anyone outside your team.
