When you create a channel in Flock, you become its admin. You can change the channel’s preferences and add/remove channel admins. Additional channel admins help handle things when you're out of the office.
Add a channel admin

Before you add a teammate as a channel admin, ensure that they are a member of the channel.

- Click on the channel’s name at the top to see a list of members.

- Hover the mouse cursor over the member you want to make a channel admin.
- Click the arrow icon next to the member’s name and click Make admin.

- In a channel, tap on the channel’s name at the top.
- Scroll down to the list of channel members.
- Tap on the member you want to make a channel admin.
- Tap on Make Admin and confirm.

- In a channel, tap on the channel’s name at the top.
- Scroll down to the list of channel members.
- Tap on the member you want to make a channel admin.
- Tap on Make Admin and confirm.

Remove a channel admin

When you remove a channel admin, they revert to being a channel member.

- Click the arrow next to the admin's name and click Remove as admin.
