Invite team members

Flock Suite Support

By default, all team members (but not guests) can invite new members to the team.

alert-success Note: There is no limitation on inviting team members. You can invite "n" number of team members. :)

Invite a team member

tabs  
Desktop
  • Click the Invite button above your name on the top-left
  • Select the option to invite Team Members

  • Type in your colleague’s email and click Send invites
  • An invite link is emailed to your colleague within seconds
Android
  • Click the Invite button on the top-left

  • Select the option to invite Team members

  • Enter the email ID(s) of the user(s) you wish to invite and select the same

  • Hit Send Invites on the top right corner after all the relevant users have been selected

You can also choose to share the Team Invite URL via other modes of communication such as WhatsApp, Email, Twitter, SMS etc
iOS
  • Click the Invite button on the top-left

  • Select the option to invite Team members

  • Enter the email address of the user you wish to invite and select the same

  • Click on the Invite icon

An invite email is sent within seconds to the user's email address

 

alert-warning If you are unable to invite members to your team, please contact your Team admin as invites may be restricted to only team admins/specific team members. Else, feel free to reach out to our Flock support team at support@flock.com.
