As a Team creator or Team Admin, you can add or remove team members and guests, as required.
To manage your team members, go to the Admin Panel page (https://admin.flock.com) and click the Manage Team option in the sidebar. As a Team Admin, you can:
- Invite team members
- Invite team members via bulk upload
- Manage requests to join your team
- Manage pending requests
- Add more team admins
- Remove a team admin
- Remove a team member
- Deactivate a team member
Invite team members
By default, all team members (but not guests) can invite new members to Flock. As a team admin, you can also invite users from the Admin Panel.
- Go to the Admin Panel (https://admin.flock.com).
- Click on Manage Team in the sidebar.
- Click on the Add Member button.
- Select the option to invite Team Members.
- Type in users’ emails separated by a comma.
- Click on the Add Users button.
- An invite link is emailed to these users within seconds.

Invite team members via bulk upload
Alternately, if you want to invite a bunch of team members at once, you can upload a CSV file with user data - first name, last name, email address, etc.
- Go to the Admin Panel (https://admin.flock.com).
- Click on Manage Team in the sidebar.
- Click on the Add Member button.
- Click on the Team Members option.
- Click on the Bulk Import button.
- Download the template CSV file and fill in user data.
- Upload the CSV file and click on Next.
- An invite link is emailed to these users within seconds.

Manage requests to join your team
Based on your team's sign-up and invite permissions, team admins may have to approve or reject requests to join the team. Here are a few scenarios:
- When a user goes to the Team Invite URL and tries to join the team from a non-approved email domain.
The user is notified that their request to join the team has been sent for approval. This request must be approved or rejected by you, the team admin. - When you've restricted the ability to invite new team members only to team admins but an existing team member tries to invite someone.
The team member trying to invite a new user is notified that their request has been sent for approval. As the team admin, you are notified of the request with an option to approve or reject it. If no action is taken, these invites are added to the list of pending requests. - When you've restricted the ability to invite guests only to team admins but a team member invites someone.
The team member inviting a guest is notified that their request has been sent for approval. As the team admin, you are notified of the request with an option to approve or reject it. If no action is taken, these invites are added to the list of pending requests.

- Go to the Admin Panel (https://admin.flock.com).
- Click on Manage Team in the sidebar.
- Click on the Pending requests tab.
- Move the cursor over a pending request and click Approve or Reject.
Add more team admins
You can add more team admins to make it easier to manage users and permissions for a large team. You do this by promoting an existing team member to a team admin role.

- Go to the Admin Panel (https://admin.flock.com).
- Click on Manage Team in the sidebar.
- Click on the All Members tab.
- Move the cursor over a user profile and click Make admin.
- Review details and click Confirm.
Remove a team admin
You can also disable additional team admin accounts that you do not need. When you remove their admin privileges, they revert to being regular team members.
- Go to the Admin Panel (https://admin.flock.com).
- Click on Manage Team in the sidebar.
- Click on the All Members tab.
- Move the cursor over a user profile and click Disable admin rights.
- Review details and click Confirm.

- Review details and click Confirm.

- 1) Access your admin panel page, link: admin.flock.com.
- 2) Click on the Manage team tab.
- 3) Hover over the user to identify the action button on the right hand side. Select "Deactivate from Team".
