By default, all team members (but not guests) can invite new guests to your Flock team. If required, you can restrict ‘invite guest’ privileges to Team Admins.

Team members can continue to use the Invite button in Flock to invite guests. However, instead of sending an invite email, the team member is notified that their request has been sent to a team admin for approval. |
- Go to the Admin Panel (https://admin.flock.com).
- Click on Team Permissions in the sidebar.
- Click on the Guest accounts section to expand it.
- Select Only Team Admins and click Save.
Disable guest accounts for your team
Guest accounts are a great way to collaborate with vendors and agencies. You can disable this feature if your team doesn’t need it.
- Go to the Admin Panel (https://admin.flock.com).
- Click on Team Permissions in the sidebar.
- Click on the Guest accounts section to expand it.
- Click the toggle to disable guest accounts and hit Save.
