It is definitely an added advantage when you can look back to your conference call records for auditing, referencing and note taking. The record feature lets you do just that! This feature is available on Enterprise Plan only.
In order to do record calls on Flock, you may follow the steps as mentioned below:
- Click on the video calling app on Flock
- Select "Record the Video Call" option
- Your call will start with the recording function "on" by default
- At the end of the call, you will receive a bot message(within the same channel/chat) stating that the recording has been made available in the admin panel page as well as a link to the recording for immediate access
As team admin and member, you will have access to the list of recorded calls with downloadable links within the admin panel page.
