You can join an existing Flock team in one of three ways:
- Via an email invite sent by your team admin
- Via a team URL shared by your team admin
- Via the Discover Teams option during Flock signup

- Click on the link in the email invite and sign in with your work email
- Create your profile, set a password, and join public channels in the team
- Start communicating with teammates on tasks, projects, and more
Join a team via a Team URL

- Access the team URL in a web browser and sign in with your work email
- If the team is a private team, the team creator will be notified and once he approves your request, you will receive a confirmation email with the team details

- If the team is a public team ( e.g a community for designers) you will automatically join the team
- Create your profile, set a password, and join public channels in the team
- Start communicating with teammates on tasks, projects, and more
Discover and join a team
If you haven’t received an email invite or a team URL, you can try to discover and join your team.
- Go to www.flock.com, enter your work email, and click Get started
- Verify your email address and click Discover Teams

- If the team is a private team, the team creator will be notified and once he approves your request, you will receive a confirmation email with the team details
- If the team is a public team ( e.g a community for designers) you will automatically join the team.
- Search for your team by company name and click Join
Create your profile
Once you’ve joined your team, make sure to fill in your profile details such as your name and phone number.
You should also add an avatar so people can recognize you easily. Some teams may require you to add information about your role, department, or location.
