Some apps need to be configured or given access to your accounts on third-party services. For example, if you install the Dropbox integration for Flock, you’ll need to give it access to your files.
There are also apps that support multiple configurations. For example, the GitHub app allows you to configure it to notify you of activity in multiple repositories.
Add a new app configuration
- Click on the gear icon for the Settings menu.
- Click on Manage your apps to view a list of installed apps.
- Click on the app that you want to add a new configuration for.
- Click on the Add New Configuration button.

You can disable or delete app configurations as and when required.
Disable an app configuration
- Click on the gear icon above Active Chats.
- Click on Manage your apps to view a list of installed apps.
- Click on the app that you want to disable an existing configuration for.
- Click on the ellipsis icon next to an existing configuration, click on Disable, and confirm.
- The app configuration is still available but disabled. You can re-enable it later.
Delete an app configuration
- Click on the gear icon above Active Chats.
- Click on Manage your apps to view a list of installed apps.
- Click on the app that you want to delete an existing configuration for.
- Click on the ellipsis icon next to an existing configuration, click on Delete, and confirm.
- The app configuration is immediately deleted and cannot be recovered.
