What is the billing cycle?

The billing cycle starts from the day your team is upgraded to the PRO plan. We charge your credit card only at the end of the month and only for the number of active users in that month. This way, you’re sure to get your money’s worth! 

E.g. If you upgrade your team to PRO on May 26, your billing cycle would be May 26 to June 25, and your credit card would be charged on June 26.
